Delegațiile au vizitat Satele Sportivilor din Poiana Brașov și Cheile Grădiștei, precum și baze sportive care vor găzdui competițiile FOTE Brașov 2027.

Vizitele au oferit participanților o perspectivă concretă asupra condițiilor de cazare, a facilităților și a infrastructurii sportive pregătite pentru primirea sportivilor, oficialilor și tuturor celor implicați în organizarea Festivalului.

Pentru Șefii de Misiune, întâlnirea directă cu viitoarele arene de competiție și cu zonele în care vor fi cazați sportivii a reprezentat o etapă importantă în pregătirea participării delegațiilor naționale la FOTE Brașov 2027.

Vizita în teren a încheiat, un seminar intens de lucru și dialog, în care organizatorii FOTE Brașov 2027, reprezentanții EOC și ai Comitetelor Naționale Olimpice au avut posibilitatea de a consolida colaborarea și de a pregăti, împreună, ultimele etape până la întâlnirea cu tinerii sportivi europeni.

Brașov EYOF 2027: Chefs de Mission Seminar Concludes

The Brașov EYOF 2027 Chefs de Mission Seminar concluded with a day dedicated to venue visits, giving delegates from the 38 participating National Olympic Committees, together with representatives of the European Olympic Committees (EOC), the opportunity to discover the locations that will become the stage for one of Europe’s most important competitions for young athletes between 14 and 21 February 2027.

The delegations visited the Athletes’ Villages in Poiana Brașov and Cheile Grădiștei, as well as the sports venues that will host the Brașov EYOF 2027 competitions. The visits gave participants a concrete perspective on the accommodation conditions, facilities and sports infrastructure being prepared to welcome athletes, officials and everyone involved in organising the Festival.

For the Chefs de Mission, seeing the future competition venues and the areas where the athletes will be accommodated represented an important step in preparing their national delegations’ participation in Brașov EYOF 2027.

Throughout the seminar, participants reviewed the main organisational components of the event, from accreditation, transport, accommodation and medical services to volunteers, security, technology, communications, sustainability, ceremonies and competition organisation.

The venue visits brought to a close an intensive seminar focused on work and dialogue, during which the Brașov EYOF 2027 organisers, EOC representatives and National Olympic Committees had the opportunity to strengthen their cooperation and jointly prepare the final stages leading up to the arrival of Europe’s young athletes.
